TEMIS is part of ExoMars 2016 programme
TEMIS has been awarded of the development, manufacturing, integration and electrical tests of the Central Electronics Unit CEU of the DREAMS EDM payload for the EXOMARS 2016 programme.
The DREAMS (Dust characterisation, Risk assessment, and Environment Analyser on the Martian Surface) EDM (Entry Descent and LandingDemonstrator Module) scientific payload will function as an environmental station for the two to four days of the ExoMars surface mission.
The DREAMS is developed by a number of Scientific Institutes, under the responsibility of the Principal Investigator Francesca Esposito, from INAF-OAC, and the Project Manager Stefano Debei, from CISAS “G. Colombo” of the Italian Padova University.
The confirmation fax of the adjudgment of “affidamento di attività tecnico scientifiche relative al programma di ricerca DREAMS EDM PAYLOAD - EXOMARS 2016" tender arrived at TEMIS premises with a great satisfaction of all TEMIS staff.
